Referans Bakırköy Project

The project which carried out together with Biskon Yapı A.Ş., an association of Kiler Holding, through revenue sharing model, has risen on one of the last lands in Bakırköy, Istanbul.

The project has 3 buildings consists of 254 residential, range from 1+0 and 4+1+1, and 73 commercial units in total besides indoor, outdoor and kiddy swimming pools, steam bath, fitness room, bathhouse, kindergarten, playfield for kids, indoor basketball court, parking garage.

The most important feature of Referans Bakırköy is its terraces. Terraces are located in each floor and especially from the fourth floor, they offer users maximum benefit from sea views.
